At Drip Culture AU, we are committed to providing high-quality streetwear and fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us – Email our customer support team at returns@dripculture-au.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Approval – Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing Your Return – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund or exchange status.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or product replacements if the item is available.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
8. Store Credit Option
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases.
